About This Site

This is a travel guide that is designed to help people when they are thinking about traveling to another country. Here, you are able to search for a country and a city to get the weather of that specific city as well as some basic information about the country before deciding to take a trip there.

To build this site, we utilized the OpenWeather API to access the weather data for the specified city. To get the information about the country, we used the Wikipedia API and display a summarized version of the country info with a link at the bottom to direct the user to the full article on Wikipedia's webstite.
